– If your item has any problem from production, please DON’T wash it, then take a photo of the damage/ fault, and contact us within 24 hours for a solution!
– Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please message us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
– Our refund/exchange time frame is 2 days from the date of delivery. We won’t handle a case if the time frame is exceeded.

– Specify your request for editing in the personalization section or send us a message.
For simple designs, when we receive your request, we will make a new design and print the shirt right away.
– For complicated requirements, we will send you a demo for preview, you need to confirm the demo within 1 day. After 1 day, if we do not receive a response, we will proceed to manufacture according to the nearest design to keep up with the schedule.
– For coloring between the shirt and the letters/designs, if you don’t add any specific note to your order, we’ll go ahead and use the default colors for the letters/designs.

– Products are pre-shrunk but may shrink slightly after washing.
